1 loaf Italian or French Bread
1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
2/3 c. Romano Cheese (or Hard Sharp Cheddar Cheese), grated
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tsp. M-K Paprika
Mozzarella Cheese, sliced thin
1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Garlic

Slice loaf in half lengthwise. Melt butter over low heat. Add Romano or Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, M-K Paprika and M-K Granulated Garlic. Stir only to blend. Do not let cheeses melt. Cover cut surfaces of bread with Mozzarella cheese. Spread with butter mixture. Arrange on cookie sheet. Heat about 15 minutes at 375° until lightly browned around edges and on top. Cut i nto portions and serve while hot. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
