  1. Preheat the oven to 450°.
  2. Warm up the baking dish until it’s hot.
  3. Coat the pan using butter.
  4. Generously brush both sides of the fish with butter.
  5. Sprinkle a liberal amount of M-K Lemon Pepper over the fish.
  6. Lay the fish with the skin side facing down in the pan.
  7. Position the pan in the middle rack of the oven.
  8. Bake until the fish begins to flake. If the fish is less than an inch in thickness, it should take about 6-8 minutes. Otherwise, allocate 10 minutes for every inch of thickness.
