  1. Begin by cooking the noodles as per the package’s instructions.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, mushrooms, and M-K Parsley Flakes.
  3. Lay out 1 cup of the “20 Minute Spaghetti Sauce” at the base of a 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Layer it with the cooked noodles.
  5. Add another layer using the spaghetti sauce, followed by half of the cottage cheese mixture and then half of the Mozzarella Cheese.
  6. Continue this layering process, beginning with the noodles.
  7. If you wish, you can bake it straight away or store the casserole in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
  8. To cook, bake at 375° with a cover for 45 minutes.
  9. Take off the cover and allow it to bake for an extra 15 minutes.
  10. Once done, let it sit for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
