Grilled Grouper

Ingredients

  • 4 T. Butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 T. Parmesan, finely grated
  • 1 T. J.R. Mad’s BAM!
  • 4 T. Olive Oil
  • 1 3 1/2 to 4 lb. Grouper, fillets removed
  • 1/4 c. Fresh herbs

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Combine butter, garlic, Parmesan, J.R. Mad’s BAM!, and olive oil.
  3. Lay the fillets on the grill, scale side down.
  4. Brush with melted butter mixture.
  5. Continue brushing the butter mixture until the color of the grouper is opaque. This should take approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Once the grouper is almost done, sprinkle with fresh herbs and cook for about another minute.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
