  2. Generously brush a baking pan with butter.
  3. Coat the fish evenly with melted butter and lemon juice.
  4. Season the fish with salt and M-K Granulated Garlic.
  5. Place the fish, skin side down, in the hot pan.
  6. Position the pan on the middle shelf of the oven.
  7. Bake until the fish easily flakes, allowing approximately 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
