Marion-Kay Carrot Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Carrots, sliced and cooked
- 2 med. Onions, sliced
- 2 Green Mangoes, cut in strips
- 2 stalks Celery, sliced
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Seasoned Salt
Salad Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked carrots, sliced onions, green mango strips, and sliced celery.
- Mix well and set aside.
Sauce Directions
- In a separate bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients.
- Whisk together until well blended.
- Pour the sauce over the carrot mixture, ensuring all ingredients are coated well.
