Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 4 tsp. M-K Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 env. Unflavored Gelatin
- 1 c. Cold Water
- 1/2 c. Hot Water
- 3 c. Cream
- 3 c. Milk
- 6 Egg White
Directions
- Beat egg yolks.
- Add sugar and salt and mix well.
- Incorporate M-K Pure Vanilla Extract, milk, and cream while mixing.
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
- Add hot water to the gelatin to fully dissolve.
- Stir the gelatin mixture into the main mix.
- Beat egg whites until they become foamy.
- Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar to the egg whites and continue to whip until they form moist, glossy peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the ice cream mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer can.
- If using an electric freezer, freeze for 20 minutes to half an hour.
