Marion-Kay Spicy Wings

Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 20 Chicken Wings
  • 1 1/2 c. All Purpose Flour
  • 3 T. M-K Granulated Garlic
  • 3 T. M-K BAM!
  • 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. M-K Ground White Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 1 c. Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 3 T. Dark Brown Sugar
  • Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Cut off wing tips at the joint.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, M-K Granulated Garlic, M-K BAM!, salt, and M-K Ground White Pepper.
  4. Dip wings in the flour mixture and set aside on a plate.
  5. Heat several inches of vegetable oil in a large pan to 350°.
  6. Dip the wings in the flour mixture a second time.
  7. Deep fry the wings until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix the hot sauce, honey, and brown sugar until smooth.
  9. Remove wings from oil and pat dry.
  10. Dip the cooked wings in the hot sauce mixture to coat.
  11. Place wings on a foil or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  12. Bake coated wings until the sauce is dry, about 12 minutes.
  13. Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
