4 Loin Pork Chops
1/8 tsp. M-K Ground Cloves
1 T. Corn Starch
1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp. M-K Ground Mustard Seed
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Orange Rind
1/8 tsp. M-K Ground Cinnamon
1/3 c. Orange Juice
1/2 c. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice

Remove all but 1/4″ fat from the pork chops and sprinkle each side with M-K Ground Cloves. Heat large skillet on high heat for 1 minute. Put chops in skillet. Lower the heat and brown both sides of the chops. Combine corn starch, sugar, M-K Ground Mustard Seed, salt, orange rind, M-K Ground Cloves and M-K Ground Cinnamon in a 2 qt saucepan. Add orange and pineapple juices and blend. Bring to boil on high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour the sauce over the chops. Cover, then cook for 45 to 50 minutes on low heat.
