Ingredients

  • 1 Egg White (Beaten)
  • 1 T. Water
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 T. M-K Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 Cups Pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently mix in the water, sugar, salt, and M-K Ground Cinnamon, ensuring a smooth consistency.
  4. Carefully fold the pecans into the mixture, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  5. Spread the coated pecans evenly on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, making sure to stir every 15 minutes for even roasting.
