- 1 Egg White (Beaten)
- 1 T. Water
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 T. M-K Ground Cinnamon
- 2 1/2 Cups Pecans

- Preheat your oven to 300°.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form.
- Gently mix in the water, sugar, salt, and M-K Ground Cinnamon, ensuring a smooth consistency.
