1 c. Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 tsp. M-K Ground Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. M-K Ground Cardamom
1 lg. Orange, peeled and sliced
2 Bananas, sliced
1/2 c. Green Grapes
1 Pear, cubed
1 c. Red Grapes
1/3 c. Walnuts, toasted

Combine the yogurt, M-K Ground Cinnamon and M-K Ground Cardamom. In a separate bowl, combine the fruit and walnuts. Shortly before serving, add the dressing to the fruit and toss well.
