Ingredients
- 1 c. Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. M-K Ground Cardamom
- 1 lg. Orange, peeled and sliced
- 2 Bananas, sliced
- 1/2 c. Green Grapes
- 1 Pear, cubed
- 1 c. Red Grapes
- 1/3 c. Walnuts, toasted
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lowfat vanilla yogurt, M-K Ground Cinnamon, and M-K Ground Cardamom to create the dressing. Set it aside.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced orange, sliced bananas, green grapes, cubed pear, red grapes, and toasted walnuts.
- Just before serving, pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit and walnut mixture.
- Gently toss all the ingredients until the fruit and nuts are evenly coated with the dressing.
