Ingredients
- 5 tsp. M-K Seasoned Salt
- 5 tsp. M-K Onion Salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. M-K Ground Celery Seed
- 3 T. M-K Whole Celery Seed
- 2 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 4 T. Prepared Mustard
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 T. Sugar
- 3 3/4 c. Salad Oil
- 1 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 2 gal. Cabbage, shredded
- 5 med. Sweet Peppers, diced
- M-K Spanish Paprika or M-K Hungarian Paprika (for garnish)
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the M-K Seasoned Salt, M-K Onion Salt, M-K Ground Celery Seed, M-K Whole Celery Seed, salt, prepared mustard, sugar, salad oil, and vinegar. Mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add the shredded cabbage and diced sweet peppers to the bowl.
- Toss the cabbage and peppers with the dressing, ensuring all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Refrigerate the slaw for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Before serving, garnish with a sprinkle of M-K Spanish Paprika or M-K Hungarian Paprika.
