Skillet Cabbage

Ingredients
- 4 slices Bacon, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 head Cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Garlic
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Whole Basil (optional)
- 2 tsp. M-K Seasoned Salt
Directions
- In a skillet, fry the bacon until it becomes crisp. Once done, remove and set aside, then crumble the bacon.
- In the bacon drippings, sauté the onion for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add the shredded cabbage, M-K Granulated Garlic, M-K Granulated Black Pepper, another chopped onion (if desired), M-K Whole Basil (if using), and M-K Seasoned Salt. Mix well.
- Cover the skillet and allow the cabbage to braise for 30 minutes. If needed, you can add 1/2 cup of water to prevent any scorching.
- Once cooked, serve hot.
