6 c. Potatoes, cooked and diced
1/4 c. Green Onion, chopped
1 tsp. M-K Whole Celery Seed
3 tsp. M-K Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
4 Hard Cooked Eggs
1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/4 c. Vinegar
1 tsp. Prepared Mustard
3/4 c. Cucumber, pared and diced

Combine potatoes, onion, M-K Whole Celery Seed, M-K Seasoned Salt and M-K Granulated Black Pepper. Toss lightly. Separate whites of hard cooked eggs from yolks. Chop whites and add them to the potato mixture. Chill. Mash yolks. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard. Mix well. Pour sour cream mixture over potatoes. Toss lightly. Let stand 20 minutes. Just before serving, add cucumbers. Yields 6 servings.
