Ingredients
- 2 c. Sauerkraut, drained
- 3/4 c. Celery, diced
- 3/4 c. Red or Green Peppers, diced
- 1/4 c. Onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3 T. Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. M-K Whole Celery Seed
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained sauerkraut, diced celery, diced red or green peppers, and chopped onion.
- In a separate smaller bowl, mix together the sugar, vinegar, salt, M-K Granulated Black Pepper, and M-K Whole Celery Seed.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the sauerkraut and vegetables.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Refrigerate the salad and let it chill for 24 hours to allow flavors to meld before serving.
