2 Eggs, beaten
1/3 c. Onion, grated
3 T. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. M-K Ground Rosemary
1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. M-K Parsley Flakes
1/4 tsp. M-K Rubbed Sage
3 c. Potatoes, grated
Vegetable Oil
2 c. Applesauce
1 tsp. M-K Ground Cinnamon

In a bowl, combine the eggs, onion, flour, salt, M-K Ground Rosemary, M-K Granulated Black Pepper, M-K Parsley Flakes and M-K Rubbed Sage. Mix potatoes into the egg mixture as you grate them. In a frying pan with 1/4 inch hot vegetable oil, drop 3 T. of batter and cook each pancake until brown, turning only once. Drain on absorbent paper. In a sauce pan, cook the applesauce with M-K Ground Cinnamon until heated. Serve with pancakes. Serves 6.
