1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
1/2 c. Long Grained Rice
2 c. Broth
1 c. Onion, minced
1 c. Bread, torn into small pieces
2 c. Cornbread, broken in small pieces
1 1/2 c. Water or Broth
1 c. Celery, chopped
1/4 c. Parsley
1/3 c. Mushrooms, (stems, pieces and liquid)
1 1/4 tsp. M-K Poultry Seasoning
1/2 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
1 c. Pecans, finely chopped

Melt butter in saucepan. Add the rice and brown. Add 2 cups broth and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Combine all the remaining ingredients with the hot mixture. Mix well. Bake in pans at 350° for one hour. You may also stuff the turkey allowing about 1/2 cup per pound.
