  1. Preheat the oven to 250°.
  2. Sprinkle the popped corn with M-K Popcorn Seasoning and set aside.
  3. In a heavy pan, combine the brown sugar, white corn syrup, and butter.
  4. Cook the mixture to the soft ball stage, between 234° to 238°.
  5. Remove the mixture from heat.
  6. Add baking soda, M-K Cream of Tartar, and M-K Pure Vanilla Extract. Mix well.
  7. Pour the caramel sauce over the seasoned popped corn and stir to coat evenly.
  8. Transfer the coated popcorn to a baking dish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally to ensure even coating.
  10. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool.
  11. Store the caramel popcorn in an air-tight container.
