Lemon Parsley Potatoes

Lemon Parsley Potatoes are a delightful side dish featuring tender potatoes, zesty lemon juice, and aromatic parsley flakes. Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. Tiny Potatoes or Medium Potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/4 c. Butter or Margarine
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp M-K Parsley Flakes

Directions

  1. Remove a narrow strip of peel around the center of each potato.
  2. In a large saucepan, cook the potatoes, covered, in boiling salted water for about 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter or margarine.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and M-K Parsley Flakes, then pour over the potatoes.
  6. Toss to coat evenly.
