Lemon Parsley Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. Tiny Potatoes or Medium Potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/4 c. Butter or Margarine
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp M-K Parsley Flakes
Directions
- Remove a narrow strip of peel around the center of each potato.
- In a large saucepan, cook the potatoes, covered, in boiling salted water for about 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Drain the potatoes.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter or margarine.
- Stir in the lemon juice and M-K Parsley Flakes, then pour over the potatoes.
- Toss to coat evenly.
