J.R. Mad’s Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 lb. Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1 c. Ketchup
- 1 med. Onion, finely chopped
- 1 sm. Green Pepper, finely chopped
- 1 c. J.R. Mad’s Madgic Fish Breading
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- On a large mixing tray, spread out the ground beef evenly.
- Crack the eggs and add them directly to the beef.
- Evenly sprinkle the salt and M-K Granulated Black Pepper across the beef.
- Spread the ketchup evenly over the beef.
- Add the finely chopped onion and green pepper to the mixture.
- Generously sprinkle J.R. Mad’s Madgic Fish Breading over the entire mixture.
- Using clean hands, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together, ensuring they are well combined.
- Once mixed, divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into two loaves.
- Place the loaves onto the same cooking tray, ensuring they have space around them to cook evenly.
- Bake the meatloaves in the preheated oven for approximately one hour, or until they are fully cooked and have a nice browned exterior.
