Ingredients
- 3 lb. Broiler-Fryer Chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. Salad Oil
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1 dash M-K Cayenne Red Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Garlic
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Oregano Flakes
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 tsp. M-K Paprika
Directions
- Marinate chicken pieces in a mixture of salad oil, salt, M-K Granulated Black Pepper, M-K Cayenne Red Pepper, M-K Granulated Garlic, and M-K Oregano Flakes for several hours.
- After marinating, remove the chicken from the marinade.
- Coat each chicken piece with a combination of flour and M-K Paprika.
- Dip the coated chicken pieces back into the marinade.
- Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated 450° oven for approximately 1 hour or until the chicken becomes tender.
