Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 3/4 c. Oats, uncooked
  • 1/4 c. Onion, chopped
  • 1-1/4 tsp. M-K Bar-B-Que Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 c. Tomato Juice

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the listed ingredients.
  2. Shape the mixture to form patties.
  3. Choose your cooking method: either broil or pan-fry.
  4. If broiling or pan-frying, cook the patties for about 5 minutes on the first side.
  5. Turn the patties over and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes for medium-done results.
