Ingredients
- 4 Fish fillets (approximately 6-8 oz each)
- 4 Tbsp Butter, melted (plus extra for brushing the pan)
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
- 2 tsp M-K Granulated Garlic
- 2 tsp M-K Parsley Flakes (for garnish)
- 1 tsp M-K Spanish Paprika (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°.
- Generously brush a baking pan with butter.
- Coat the fish evenly with melted butter and lemon juice.
- Season the fish with salt and M-K Granulated Garlic.
- Place the fish, skin side down, in the hot pan.
- Position the pan on the middle shelf of the oven.
