Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 T. M-K Saltless Chicken & Pork Seasoning
- 1 Fryer Chicken, cut up
Directions
- In a bowl, sift together the flour and M-K Saltless Chicken & Pork Seasoning.
- Dip each chicken piece into fresh water or milk.
- Roll each chicken piece in the breading mixture, ensuring an even coat.
- To deep fry: Heat oil to 375° and fry chicken pieces until they are browned and float to the top.
- To skillet fry: In a skillet with hot shortening, brown both sides of the chicken pieces for about 15 minutes. Reduce heat, cover the skillet and continue cooking for approximately 30 minutes. For a crisper texture, remove the skillet lid during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
