Cream of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Butter or Margarine
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1 qt. Tomato Juice
- 1 T. M-K Seasoned Salt
- 2 tsp. M-K Granulated Onion
- 1/8 tsp. M-K Ground Celery Seed
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Ground White Pepper
- 1 T. Sugar
- 3 c. Milk
- 1 T. M-K Chives
Directions
- Melt margarine and add flour.
- Stir in tomato juice and cook until it thickens.
- Add salt, M-K spices, and sugar.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat in cold milk.
- Heat but do not boil.
- Add M-K Chives.
