Simple Potato Soup 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/3 c. Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. Potatoes, cooked and diced
  • M-K Black Granulated Pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Ensure that the potatoes are cooked and diced beforehand. Also, have your minced onions ready.
  2. Mix Milk and Water: In a saucepan over medium heat, slowly add the instant nonfat dry milk to the water, stirring constantly to avoid any lumps.
  3. Add Ingredients: Once the milk and water mixture is smooth, add the minced onions and diced potatoes to the pan.
  4. Simmer: Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer, allowing the flavors to combine. This will also ensure that the potatoes are well heated and the onions are slightly softened.
  5. Season: Add the M-K Black Granulated Pepper and salt according to your taste. Stir well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  6. Serve: Once the soup is heated through and the flavors are melded, pour it into bowls and serve warm.
