Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 oz pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 c. Butter or Margarine
  • 1 tsp. M-K Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3 c. Confectioners Sugar, sifted
  • Milk (optional, to dilute if necessary)

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Add in the M-K Pure Vanilla Extract and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Gradually add the sifted confectioners sugar, mixing continuously until a smooth consistency is achieved.
