  1. Beat together sugar and oil.
  2. Add eggs and beat until well mixed.
  3. Sift flour, salt, soda, and M-K Ground Cinnamon. Blend in with the sugar mixture.
  4. Slowly mix in the carrots and pecans. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
  5. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until done. Once cooled, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
