M-K Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 1 T. M-K BAM!
- 2 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 T. Olive Oil
- 4 T. Butter
- 3 c. Mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 c. Marsala Wine
- 1 c. Chicken Stock
- Salt to taste
- M-K Granulated Black Pepper to taste
- M-K Chives for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the flour and M-K BAM!.
- Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it’s shimmering.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and sauté the mushrooms until they’re golden brown.
- Pour in the Marsala wine and bring it to a boil, reducing the wine by half.
- Add the chicken stock and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, roughly 5-6 minutes.
- Integrate the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter into the sauce, stirring until melted.
- Season the sauce with salt and M-K Granulated Black Pepper according to your preference.
- Place the chicken back into the skillet to warm up and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with M-K Chives and serve immediately.
