  1. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Fry the chicken in the oil, turning occasionally, until it turns white and firm. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. To the remaining oil in the skillet, add the salt, onions, garlic, and M-K Ground Ginger. Sauté for about 7 minutes or until the onions turn golden brown.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium, then add the M-K Ground Cumin, M-K Ground Coriander, M-K Ground Turmeric, M-K Cayenne Red Pepper, M-K Ground Fennel, and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir constantly for one minute.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and plain yogurt. Mix well.
  6. Place the fried chicken back into the skillet and pour in the remaining water.
  7. Increase the heat to high and bring the mixture to a boil.
  8. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  9. To finish, sprinkle the chicken curry with M-K Apple Pie Spice and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Serve hot.
