  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with M-K Granulated Black Pepper and M-K Seasoned Salt.
  2. In another bowl, crumble blue cheese and blend it with mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and M-K Ground Mustard Seed.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 6 parts and form two thin patties from each part.
  4. On 6 of the patties, place 1-1/2 tsp. of the cheese-mayonnaise mixture in the center. Top with the remaining patties, ensuring edges are pinched together.
  5. Grill the burgers for about 8 minutes or to desired doneness, turning only once. If any cheese escapes, spoon it over the burgers before serving.
