3 T. Margarine
1/4 c. Green Onion, sliced
1/2 c. Plum Jam
2 T. Dry White Wine
1/4 c. Chili Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. M-K Ground Allspice
2 lb. Fully Cooked Ham Center Slice, cut 1″ thick
1 T. M-K Parsley Flakes

Cook green onion in margarine till tender but not brown. Stir in plum jam, wine,chili sauce, lemon juice and M-K Ground Allspice. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep sauce warm. Cut fat edges off ham slices, then grill ham slices for about 15 minutes. Brush with sauce. Turn ham and brush with sauce. Grill 10 to 15 minutes more. To serve, pour sauce over ham and sprinkle with M-K Parsley Flakes. Serves 6.
