M-K Bar-B-Que Seasoning
M-K Seasoned Salt

Peel dry baking potatoes. Slice crosswise into tissue-thin, uniform slices. Soak sliced potatoes in several changes of very cold water for 2 hours. Adding ice cubes to the last change of water. Turn potato slices onto a towel and dry each very thoroughly.
Deep fry, a few at a time, until golden brown, in 375° shortening, turning if necessary.
Drain on paper towel. Salt with M-K Bar-B-Que Seasoning or M-K Seasoned Salt.
