Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 2/3 c. White Sugar
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 c. Milk
- 1 c. Cocoanut
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Cocoanut Flavor
- 1 tsp. M-K Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered 10-inch pie pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Once baked, the crust will settle at the bottom, the custard will be in the middle, and the coconut will be on top.
