Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 T. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. M-K Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 3 lg. Eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Sweet Potato, cooked and mashed
- 1 c. Light Cream or Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp. M-K Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 9-inch Unbaked Pie Shell
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, and M-K Pumpkin Pie Spice.
- Beat in the eggs.
- Stir in the mashed sweet potato, M-K Pure Vanilla Extract, and milk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400° for about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the pie to stand and cool before serving.
