Rice with Coriander

Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 medium cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon M-K Ground Cumin Seed
- 2 teaspoons M-K Ground Coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon M-K Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 cup Rice, uncooked
- 16 large Black Olives, pitted
- 3 tablespoons Green Onion, sliced
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine water, salt, minced garlic, M-K Ground Cumin Seed, M-K Ground Coriander, and M-K Crushed Red Pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Stir in the uncooked rice, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the saucepan and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let it stand, covered, for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- After resting, stir in the pitted and sliced black olives and the sliced green onion.
