  4. Gradually blend the sifted ingredients into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the oatmeal and raisins.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
  8. Yields about 8 dozen cookies.
