Never Fail Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg, well-beaten
  • 3 T. Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp. M-K Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 lb. Powdered Sugar
  • 4 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 1 T. Butter or Margarine

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg, evaporated milk, M-K Pure Vanilla Extract, salt, and powdered sugar. Stir well.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt the unsweetened chocolate and butter or margarine together.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the first mixture. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  4. Spread the fudge mixture evenly in a buttered 8×8-inch pan.
  5. Allow the fudge to set for at least 2 hours before cutting and serving.
