7 c. Baby Shell Macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. Vinegar
3 T. M-K Whole Celery Seed
1 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
1 c. Sugar
3 c. Red Onion, chopped
2 1/2 gal. Cabbage, shredded (40 cups)
4 lg. Sweet Peppers, chopped
8 med. Carrots, finely shredded
1 qt. Mayonnaise

Cook macaroni as per package directions, blanch, then set aside. Combine vinegar, M-K Whole Celery Seed, M-K Granulated Black Pepper, salt and sugar. Pour over combined vegetables and macaroni. Add mayonnaise and toss well. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
