Gazpacho
Gazpacho is a refreshing and tangy cold Spanish soup that captures the essence of summer in a bowl. Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp. M-K Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp. M-K Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp. M-K Granulated Onion
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Paprika
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 5 Tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 T. Vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. Cold Water or Bouillon
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Allow the mixture to stand and marinate for about 1 hour.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree until slightly smooth, retaining some texture.
- Taste the gazpacho and adjust the seasoning with more salt if necessary.
- Divide the soup into 4 to 6 bowls.
- Place an ice cube in each serving bowl.
- Garnish the gazpacho with croutons, chopped cucumber, or chopped green pepper before serving.
