Ingredients
- 1 c. Apples, cooked and mashed
- 6 T. Sugar
- 1 tsp. M-K Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Apple Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3 T. Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Butter or Margarine
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed apples, sugar, M-K Pure Vanilla Extract, M-K Apple Pie Spice, salt, flour, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- In a skillet, melt the butter or margarine over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the apple mixture into the skillet.
