M-K Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1-1/2 c. Water
- 1 c. Sour Cream
- 1 pkt. JR. Mad’s Taco Seasoning OR 5 T. M-K Mexican Seasoning
- 3 lb bag Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded or cubed
- 8 oz. Shredded Cheese
- 1 c. Onion, chopped
- 10 to 12 Flour Tortillas
Directions
- In a large saucepan, heat the Cream of Chicken Soup and water until boiling.
- Stir in the sour cream and either JR. Mad’s Taco Seasoning or M-K Mexican Seasoning.
- Set aside 1/4 of the prepared sauce.
- In a separate bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, and chopped onion with the remaining sauce.
- Distribute the chicken mixture among the flour tortillas, roll them up, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Pour the set-aside sauce over the rolled tortillas.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Once cooked, serve with optional toppings like lettuce, additional cheese, and sour cream.
