Ingredients
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. M-K Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp. M-K Cocoanut Flavor
- 3 env. Unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. Cold Water
- 1/2 c. Hot Water
- 3 c. Cream
- 3 c. Milk
- 6 Egg Whites
- Additional 1/4 cup sugar for egg whites
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks. Gradually add sugar and salt, mixing well.
- Incorporate the M-K Extracts, milk, and cream into the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in cold water. Add hot water to it to ensure it’s completely dissolved.
- Integrate the dissolved gelatin mixture into the main mixture.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Slowly add the 1/4 cup sugar and whip until they form moist, glossy peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the ice cream mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream freezer can and follow the specific directions of your ice cream freezer.
