Cider Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 T. Butter
- 3/4 T. Flour
- 1/2 c. Cider
- 1/4 tsp. Ground M-K Cloves
- 1 tsp. M-K Cinnamon Sugar
Directions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Stir in the flour, blending well to ensure there are no lumps.
- Gradually add the cider, stirring constantly to combine.
- Add the M-K Cloves and M-K Cinnamon Sugar to the mixture.
- Increase the heat to medium and bring the mixture to a boil. Continue boiling for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. The sauce can be served hot or allowed to cool, depending on your preference.
