Cheese Wafers

Ingredients
- 2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 3 T. Soft Butter or Margarine
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 dash M-K Granulated Garlic
- 1 dash M-K Cayenne Red Pepper
- 1 dash M-K Ground White Pepper
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cheddar cheese and soft butter or margarine. Mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour, salt, Worcestershire sauce, M-K Granulated Garlic, M-K Cayenne Red Pepper, and M-K Ground White Pepper. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and a dough forms.
- Take the dough and shape it into rolls that are about 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
- Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap or parchment paper and store them in the refrigerator for at least an hour or in the freezer if you intend to use them much later.
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 425°.
- Unwrap the rolls and slice them thinly, aiming for slices under 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the wafer slices onto a cookie sheet, making sure to space them apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the wafers are lightly golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
- Once cooled, serve and enjoy!
