Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Corn Meal
- 1 1/2 T. M-K Chicken Seasoning Plus
- 2 lb. Fish
Directions
- In a bowl, sift together flour, corn meal, and M-K Chicken Seasoning Plus.
- Lightly dust each fish piece with plain flour.
- Dip each fish piece into clear water or milk.
- Thoroughly coat each fish piece with the breading mixture.
- To pan fry: In a skillet with hot shortening (about half the depth of the fish’s thickness), brown both sides of the fish. Then, reduce heat and continue cooking until fish is fully cooked.
- To deep fry: Heat oil to 375° and fry the fish pieces until they float to the top and attain a golden brown color.
