  1. Preheat the oven and place the pork loin in a covered roaster with 2 cups of water. Bake until the pork is tender.
  2. Once cooked, remove the pork from the oven and let it cool slightly. Cube the meat and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl or container, reserve 2 cups of the broth from the cooked pork loin.
  4. In a large pot, combine the cubed meat, M-K Whole Celery Seed, M-K Chili Powder, Salt, M-K Paprika, M-K Cayenne Red Pepper, reserved broth, chopped onion, brown sugar, tomato puree, and vinegar.
  5. Cook the mixture on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft and translucent, approximately 45 minutes.
  6. Once done, serve the pork barbecue as a filling for sandwiches.
